We can't recommend this contractor highly enough. Our project was an incredibly complex ADU build during the pandemic, and they handled every challenge with creativity, persistence, and professionalism. They truly thought outside the box, exploring every possible option to maximize every inch of usable space. The permitting process with the city was especially difficult because of COVID, but they never gave up and worked tirelessly to get everything approved. The end result is an incredible ADU that exceeded our expectations. It has been consistently occupied since hitting the market and continues to attract buyers, which speaks to the quality of their work.
