We can't recommend this contractor highly enough. Our project was an incredibly complex ADU build during the pandemic, and they handled every challenge with creativity, persistence, and professionalism. They truly thought outside the box, exploring every possible option to maximize every inch of usable space.

The permitting process with the city was especially difficult because of COVID, but they never gave up and worked tirelessly to get everything approved. The end result is an incredible ADU that exceeded our expectations. It has been consistently occupied since hitting the market and continues to attract buyers, which speaks to the quality of their work.

If you're looking for a contractor who is knowledgeable, determined, and genuinely invested in delivering the best possible outcome, we highly recommend them.

We had a fantastic experience working with JT Home Building! They did a great job both inside and outside the house- the job was done on time, within budget, and exactly as we had wanted. If you have ever done renovations or built a house you know those three are hard to achieve all together! I don’t often write reviews but felt like this team deserved a great review!

JT Home Building transformed our outdated Englewood home into a beautiful, modern space. We needed a full interior remodel along with an addition to gain more square footage. After consulting with several contractors who all recommended tearing the house down and rebuilding, Rolem from JT Home Building stood out with a different approach. His vision and expertise allowed us to keep the original structure while completely revitalizing it. The results exceeded our expectations, and our home now looks amazing!

JT Home Building is an excellent full-service construction company that takes the worry out of remodeling!

Rolemberg and his crew performed a complete make-over of our townhome: kitchen / bathrooms / bedrooms / living space. We had a timeline and budget for the project ahead of time, and they stuck to it, dealing with potential problems quickly and economically. All members of the team were professional at all times, and we were updated frequently.

JT Home Building implemented our dreams the way we wanted it by providing superior craftsmanship quickly at an affordable cost. I highly recommend them for your next project!
