We specialize in every aspect of the design and building process, even the landscaping, for your new or renovated home. We provide several different home-building and renovation options in order to provide you with that unique Denver-metro-area home of your dreams, down to the last detail.
JT Home Building started in 2009 as a father and son team whose goal was to provide clients with the best architectural designs and unrivaled customer service experience. Rolemberg was inspired by his father, Tadeu Santos, who has an architectural background and extensive experience in the construction business.Rolemberg worked for the Denver Drywall Company in the 2000s, which gave him an enormous amount of hands-on experience in the construction business.
During this time, Rolemberg also earned his degrees in business administration and finance. After leaving Denver Drywall, he worked as a budget administrator in Latin America and Canada for IHS, overseeing a multi-million-dollar budget. He then earned his Real Estate License. Rolemberg also speaks English, Portuguese, and Spanish fluently. With all this vast experience, and his dream of having his own construction company, his passion is to share his experiences and ideas with his clients to help them invest, build, or remodel their dream homes.
